I looked down on grandpa's farm....

......all layed out in patchwork charm....there were no baa-baa sheep or bow-wow dogs...(actually there was one dog but Haylee doesn't bow-wow much)....but no oink-oink pigs or croaky frogs.....no moo-moo cows, or meowy cats....just lots of blue sky and sunshine and things like that!!!!
...and we really were looking down on Grandpa Wells' farm and it's always fun to come to Scott's old stomping grounds and tell the kids what "used to be"....
We always love bringing "first-timers" up here and Brian Geddes and his kids came along today and seemed to enjoy the hike and the beautiful views.
Trail head and trails-end pictures are always fun....Matty, of course wore herself out on the hike. Ya gotta love these Monday holidays. MLK day was awesome and as Lauri started out the day with "...everythings goin' my way".....well, I think it certainly did. Hopefully she and James got home safely and everyone had a good time today. We sure did!!!!!!
